If you've played Capcom vs. SNK 2, then you should be aware of the special intro that happens when Ken and Terry face off against one another as opponents. The scene begins with Ken picking up Terry's hat (which is on his side of the stage) and then tossing it to Terry before the two assume their normal fighting stances.
Although the two are opponents, this scene really showcases more of a friendly rivalry between Capcom's Ken and SNK's Terry Bogard. In a recent Tweet, Masahiro Sakurai decided to pay homage to this scene by having it play out in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
The in-game screenshot of Terry has him performing his down taunt. Normally, Terry takes off his hat and spins it around via his finger for a brief period of time. Following this, Terry puts his hat back on before resuming his normal idle pose.

However, this screenshot has Terry doing this without his hat. Instead, Ken is seen holding his hat. Unfortunately, this scene isn't actually possible during normal Super Smash Bros. Ultimate gameplay.
Masahiro Sakurai has noted this before that this is possible thanks to special developer tools that Sakurai has access to. Without hacking, this scene can't really be replicated since Sakurai is using a developer version of the game to take screenshots like this one.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is packed to the brim with content and references, but I find myself wondering why this little scene isn't accessible in the game. Still, it's pretty cool to see Sakurai reference it like this on his timeline.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is now available!
