Fuudo's latest tier list for Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition suggests that Luke is top 3!

A new tier list that ranks all 45 characters in Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition has been released by BST|Fuudo. This list gives us a good indicator on which characters are likely to be relevant in the upcoming Street Fighter 5 exhibition matches that will be replacing Capcom Cup 8.

Ever since the final DLC character was released, there's been a lot of talk about Luke being a strong contender in the the meta of Street Fighter 5. It seems that Fuudo is a big believer that Luke is a top tier.

What's interesting is that Akuma has seen quite the drop off since his days as a top tier. Akuma can be found in between Ken and Run in the second lowest tier category.

Of course, it is worth noting that this particular group is the most congested of all groups in Fuudo's tier list, so it's not such a bad thing to be positioned near the top.

Assuming this tier list is ordered, Fuudo currently has Rose as the worst character in Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition. Funnily enough, she's joined by two other Season 5 characters, Dan and Oro, in the lowest part of the tier list.

The two strongest characters on Fuudo's list are Cammy and Urien. Notably, Cammy and Urien are the only two fighters that both occupy their own tier section.

Seen at the very top of the third highest tier group is Luke. He's positioned to the right of Kolin, Balrog, Karin, Rashid, Poison, Dhalsim and Chun-Li.
